Domestic Shipping (Within India)

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and Speed Post only.

Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed and handed over to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 to 5 business days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery timeline agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Liability: Mi Ayurway (marketed under MI Oushadhasala) is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. Our responsibility is to ensure that the consignment is securely packed and handed over to the courier or postal service within the specified 3 to 5 business day window.

Delivery Address: Delivery of all orders will be made strictly to the delivery address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of the products (such as oils, powders, or tonics) and the delivery PIN code.
• Any applicable shipping fees, delivery surcharges, or free shipping eligibility thresholds will be clearly displayed in your cart before you complete your payment.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

Confirmation of your shipment, along with tracking details provided by the courier service, will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided during registration or checkout.

International Shipping

For international buyers, orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international Speed Post services only.

Additional international shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and will be applied accordingly during order processing.
